This group offers a compassionate space for those experiencing loss, bereavement, and grief to come together in honest connection. Guided with care, the group invites each person to be fully themselves, while being seen, heard, and held in a spirit of loving-kindness. Alongside shared reflection, participants explore wisdom teachings, practical tools, and spiritual perspectives that can help support the tender and often transformative path of grieving.
The Conscious Grief Group is facilitated by James Ashton, an ordained interfaith minister and certified life coach dedicated to supporting the spiritual lives of others
We meet via Zoom typically on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM Pacific / 8:00 PM Eastern. If a meeting is not listed on the calendar, it means the group is taking a break on that date. You may drop in any date the group meets.

All across the country, organizations like ours are facing unprecedented funding challenges. To sustain our work and keep our lines open to everyone who calls on us, we must raise $150,000 this giving season.
