Join us for a compassionate exploration rooted in the teachings of the spiritual path that guides us through the complexities of life and death. Drawing from the rich traditions of Je Tsongkhapa and Atisha, this introduction will gently lead us through the stages of the Lamrim, or “Stages of the Path,” offering practical guidance for transforming our daily struggles into opportunities for awakening. Inspired by your instructor, Chris Beaudry’s, own journey, he will share how these ancient teachings reveal the importance of recognizing our suffering, cultivating compassion, and developing wisdom, delivering a gentle yet powerful reminder that true liberation begins with honest self-inquiry and openness to our experiences.
Throughout this introduction, we will approach the Lamrim as a living map—a practical framework for understanding our mind, our pain, and the potential for genuine freedom. We will explore how the Lamrim guides us step-by-step to deepen our awareness, foster inner peace, and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Whether you are new to spiritual teachings or looking to deepen your existing practice, Chris’s aim is to create a space of safety and inquiry—where we can collectively learn to navigate life’s inevitable impermanence with resilience, kindness, and the transformative power of an open heart.
