About this event

Join Kristin Singer and the Living/Dying Project every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for a fully experiential hour dedicated to exploring the diverse landscape of meditation. Designed to reconnect you with your inner self, each session transitions from gentle guidance into a period of restorative silence.

Whether seated or supine, you will be invited to withdraw from the noise and busyness of daily life, offering yourself the rare gift of presence. In this safe container of open-hearted awareness, we will navigate the deeper levels of consciousness—allowing you the space to rest, reset, and return to your own inner clarity. You will emerge feeling grounded and renewed, carrying this sense of stillness with you back into the world. We look forward to sharing this space of peace with you.

Suggested Dana (Donation) $10-$20 – No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds | Donate Here*

At its heart, Dana is the Buddhist practice of selfless giving that acts as a powerful antidote to greed and attachment. By practicing generosity—whether through material gifts, time, or emotional support—you cultivate a “bright” mind and a sense of interconnectedness with others. It is considered the foundational step on the spiritual path because it softens the ego, creating a joyful internal environment where wisdom and compassion can easily grow.

* All proceeds benefit the Living/Dying Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization offering conscious and compassionate support in the spirit of mutual exploration to those facing life-threatening illness, to their caregivers, to those facing life’s most difficult situations, and to anyone committed to spiritual transformation.

board KristinSinger

Kristin Singer is a certified Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master supporting people on the journey of transformation and spiritual awakening. She has been a volunteer and board member for the Living/Dying Project since 2014. As a volunteer, Kristin spiritually supports residents at Maitri Compassionate Care in San Francisco, a hospice/respite center for the unhoused and those living with HIV. She came to the Living/Dying Project after a profound life changing encounter with death where she experienced an 8 hour state of unconditional love, while her physical body struggled to survive. This experience served to deepen Kristin’s spiritual journey and became a catalyst for her own deep emotional healing. Kristin’s background in western psychology combined with her exploration of eastern philosophy and experience of unconditional love give her a unique perspective from which to serve.
